THE LANDSEER TEAM

Marina Ann Mendez set up Landseer in 1986 and is a director of the company. Having spent a great deal of time in France, she is fluent in French and has an in-depth knowledge and experience with the French property market. Landseer was founded on Marina's personal belief in establishing long-term agency-client relationships through a dedication to service. With her experience and knowledge of the market, she ensures that clients have access to properties that meet their objectives at fair prices.
Marina is a professionally-trained realtor and member of the Institute of Estate Agents of Singapore.

Jennifer Desker brings marketing and communications experience and sales support providing value-added marketing services to offer home buyers and investors comprehensive information on properties listed, market reviews and updates on property trends. She is directly involved in Canadian home search for students.

Philip Kao is a resourceful and enthusiastic marketing agent committed to delivering professional service – every time. Described by one of our clients as ‘head and shoulders above other property agents’, he has a wealth of experience in property sales and has a great deal of knowledge about the Singapore property market.

Hyza is a real go-getter who focused exclusively on luxury rental homes – now actively applying her experience and energies on sales of such properties. A veteran in real estate, she has extensive knowledge and experience, ever in charge and responsive to the smallest demands of each client.
